Your tasks
- Process and track customer orders from start to finish
- Check product availability and organise shipments
- Manage customer requests (returns, complaints, information)
- Monitor deliveries and resolve any issues
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, sales)
Desired profile
- Significant experience in customer order management (essential)
- Very good command of French and English (mandatory)
- German is an advantage
- Comfortable with IT tools (ERP, Excel…)
- Organised, thorough and customer service oriented
