As part of a temporary assignment with the aim of permanent employment, we are looking for one of our clients, based in the Canton of Geneva, a
CNC Turning / Milling Setter Operator (M/F)
Your mission:
- Reading plans
- Production and series change on CNC machining centre
- Tool change and gauge measurement on machine
- Read and modify a programme
- Aesthetic, dimensional and geometric control in production
- Management of production documents
- Regular feedback to the manager on work accomplished and problems encountered as well as proposals for solutions or improvements
- Maintenance of the machine park (first-level maintenance, level checks, etc.)
- Operation of two machines with assembly, tool setting, deburring and control in masked time
- Management of cutting tools at the workstation
- Compliance with internal procedures and production standards
- Develop versatility with other sectors and/or another machine to absorb possible workload fluctuations
- Participate in fine-tuning if necessary
Required technical skills:
- Experience on Heidenhain and SIEMENS 840D CNC
- Proficiency in basic functions of the Office suite
Your profile:
- Certified mechanic or equivalent training
- Total flexibility to work according to a shift schedule
