The EMS Foyer Ma Vallée has 40 beds and is located in the heart of the village of Basse-Nendaz. Its mission is to provide quality services and support, focused on the well-being and autonomy of the residents. To complete its team, the EMS Foyer Ma Vallée is advertising the following position:



CLINICAL NURSE (M/F) AT 60%



Your duties:

  • Actively contribute to the quality and safety of care provided to residents
  • Ensure a clinical reference role with the care teams
  • Participate in the assessment, coordination, and follow-up of complex situations
  • Support and assist care teams in their professional practice
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of care quality and processes
  • Participate in the implementation of institutional projects and internal training
  • Collaborate with doctors, families, and care network partners

Your profile:

  • Bachelor of Science in nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Holder of a CAS in quality of care and advice or willing to undertake this training (or equivalent qualification)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in geriatrics and psychogeriatrics
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Analytical ability, sense of responsibility, autonomy, and initiative
  • Comfortable in supporting and assisting teams
  • Written and spoken mastery of the French language and basic IT tools
  • Knowledge of the BESA or InterRAI tool is an advantage

Start date: to be agreed

Contract type: permanent
