The EMS Foyer Ma Vallée has 40 beds and is located in the heart of the village of Basse-Nendaz. Its mission is to provide quality services and support, focused on the well-being and autonomy of the residents. To complete its team, the EMS Foyer Ma Vallée is advertising the following position:
CLINICAL NURSE (M/F) AT 60%
Your duties:
- Actively contribute to the quality and safety of care provided to residents
- Ensure a clinical reference role with the care teams
- Participate in the assessment, coordination, and follow-up of complex situations
- Support and assist care teams in their professional practice
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of care quality and processes
- Participate in the implementation of institutional projects and internal training
- Collaborate with doctors, families, and care network partners
Your profile:
- Bachelor of Science in nursing or equivalent qualification
- Holder of a CAS in quality of care and advice or willing to undertake this training (or equivalent qualification)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in geriatrics and psychogeriatrics
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Analytical ability, sense of responsibility, autonomy, and initiative
- Comfortable in supporting and assisting teams
- Written and spoken mastery of the French language and basic IT tools
- Knowledge of the BESA or InterRAI tool is an advantage
