Civil Engineering and Bituminous Surfacing Site Manager (M/F)
To strengthen our Civil Engineering team, we are looking for a site manager (M/F).
Your tasks
- Planning and organisation of construction sites
- Coordination of teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Technical, administrative and financial monitoring of works
- Control of deadlines, costs and quality
- Participation in site meetings
- Management of orders and supplies
- Ensuring compliance with SUVA safety standards
- Monitoring progress and reporting to management
Profile sought:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in site management in Switzerland
- Experience in civil engineering, public works, infrastructure and bituminous surfacing
- Higher education diploma in site management or civil engineering or equivalent qualification
- BTS / BUT in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Holder of a driving licence
- Proficiency in reading plans and measurements
- Organisational and interpersonal skills
- Good prioritisation skills
- Proficiency in IT tools and site software
