Chief Financial Officer – CFO (m/f)
As a member of the management team, you assume responsibility for the areas of finance and accounting, management control, IT and administration. Your tasks include financial and operational accounting, liquidity planning as well as investment and budget planning. Where appropriate, you will develop suitable management control instruments and determine key indicators to support the management members, the CEO and the board of directors. You have the necessary skills to understand complex development and manufacturing processes as well as supply chains, and to translate them into efficient financial processes. In addition, you take charge of leading digitisation projects and other special projects. You lead the employees of your teams competently and with a goal-oriented approach, and you communicate appropriately at all levels.
To succeed in this role, you have an education in economics (university/University of Applied Sciences), several years of professional experience in the industrial sector and master the use of ERP systems such as SAP or MS Dynamics F&O. In addition, you have successfully applied your knowledge of accounting according to Swiss GAAP RPC or IFRS standards as well as your in-depth IT expertise. A good command of English is essential to communicate confidently within the group in an international environment. Knowledge of German is desirable and will be an asset.
