The restaurant Le Chalet des Bains, located in the Lavey Baths complex, offers refined and flavoursome regional cuisine. To complete its team, the restaurant is looking for:
Chef de rang 100% (M/F)
Main tasks:
- Ensure a "premium" service for our clientele
- Ensure permanent customer satisfaction and impeccable reception
- Intervene at every stage of the service and guarantee its perfect running
- Setting up, laying and clearing tables
- Encourage sales (cross-selling and upselling) and take orders
- Follow instructions from management and respect company standards
- Use the cash register system to process typing, payments and cash register closures
- Comply with internal and legal hygiene directives and regulations (HACCP)
- Preparation of orders, stock management
Required profile:
- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) in catering or equivalent (CAP-BEP)
- Confirmed training and experience as Chef de Rang (min. 4 years)
- Impeccable presentation, courteous and considerate
- Strong sense of service, attention to detail and active listening
- Dynamic and responsive, good interpersonal skills and initiative, team spirit, rigorous
- Ability to adapt to diverse clientele
- High degree of organisation and autonomy, responsible and reliable
- Diplomatic and pedagogical
- Flexible with working hours and good stress management
