We are looking for the CMS of Moudon, a:



Centre Manager at 80%



Mission:

  • Ensure the management of the CMS in accordance with the home care policy and within the allocated human and financial resources.
  • Manage a workforce of about 100 employees with the help of 3 team leaders.
  • Guarantee the proper delivery of medico-social and administrative services provided to CMS clients.
  • Contribute to the development of medico-social services in the regional socio-health network while ensuring efficiency measures.
  • Develop local partnerships with medico-social actors in the sector.
  • Contribute to the implementation of cantonal and regional projects.

Profile:

  • University degree in the socio-health field.
  • Proven experience in Vaud CMS.
  • Higher education in management and team leadership.
  • Experience and skills in managing and leading a large team.
  • Good knowledge of the socio-health sector.
  • Ability to manage projects and drive change.
  • Organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
  • Leadership, negotiation skills and communication competence.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous training.
  • Proficiency in common IT tools.
