Under the supervision of the team leader, your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Carpentry Work:

• Reading plans and taking measurements.

• Preparation, cutting and assembly of wooden frameworks (traditional and industrial carpentry).

• Installation and fixing of carpentry elements (beams, trusses, rafters).

• Carrying out thermal insulation work from the outside or inside.

• Roofing Work:

• Laying various roofing materials (tiles, slates, sheets, etc.).

• Execution and maintenance of roof waterproofing.

• Installation of rainwater drainage systems (gutters, downpipes).

• Repair and renovation of existing roofs.

• Safety and Organisation:

• Strict adherence to safety instructions on sites (wearing PPE).

• Cleaning and maintaining order in the work area.

Profile and Required Skills

• Training: Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as Carpenter or Roofer, or equivalent qualification (recognised foreign diploma).

• Experience: Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Carpenter Roofer, ideally acquired in Switzerland.

• Technical Skills:

• Mastery of techniques for laying and renovating frameworks and roofs.

• Ability to work with different construction materials.

• Autonomy in reading plans.

• Personal Qualities:

• Rigour, precision and attention to detail.

• Good physical condition and no fear of heights for working at height.

• Team spirit and flexibility.

Mobility: Driving licence (cat. B) and personal vehicle an advantage.
