Care Assistant
Job Description
As a Care Assistant, you will directly contribute to the well-being and daily care of patients. Your duties will include:

Assisting patients with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, getting up, and going to bed

Ensuring the physical and psychological well-being of patients by providing emotional support and promoting their autonomy

Assisting nursing staff with technical care tasks such as taking vital signs, dressing wounds, and repositioning patients

Collaborating with medical team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care
Your Profile and Skills

Care assistant diploma or equivalent
-
2 years of experience in a Swiss hospital setting

Ability to work with empathy and respect towards patients and their families

Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment

Versatility, sense of responsibility, rigour, and autonomy

Knowledge of hygiene and safety principles in patient care

Flexibility and adaptability to variable working hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Experience Level

Minimum 2 years in a Swiss hospital setting
