Branch Manager

Your mission
As an expert in machine rental, you ensure the operational and commercial management of the branch, supervise the team and are responsible for the economic results of the subsidiary.
Your responsibilities
Operational management
- Ensure quality customer service according to Avesco Rent standards
- Plan rentals, transports and machine preparation
- Manage the machine fleet and equipment check-ins/outs
- Prepare offers, contracts and advise customers
- Coordinate the team’s work priorities
- Collaborate with other branches and headquarters
Administrative management
- Manage cash register, invoicing and debtor follow-up
- Prepare delivery and return notes
- Monthly closing and administrative follow-up of the branch
- Coordinate spare parts orders
Personnel management
- Recruit, plan and supervise employees
- Train, motivate and support the team
- Organise regular meetings
- Ensure safety and be the main contact person of the branch
Commercial responsibility
- Develop and retain the customer base
- Implement the local commercial strategy
- Monitor objectives and increase turnover
- Analyse the market and develop the client portfolio
Your profile
Education
- Federal VET Diploma in Commerce or equivalent training
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in the service sector
- Experience in team management
- Good commercial and technical knowledge
- Proficient in IT tools (Excel, Word)
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
- Good spoken German skills (an asset)
