Axepta SA is recruiting, on behalf of one of its clients in the canton of Geneva, a building services designer specialised in heating and ventilation. (Permanent contract)
BIM HVAC Designer M/F
Your tasks
-
Design and produce HVAC technical plans and diagrams using CAD tools

Perform sizing and energy efficiency calculations according to applicable Swiss standards

Participate in the preparation of technical dossiers intended for authorities and partners
-
Contribute to the operational follow-up of projects: planning, coordination, communication with stakeholders

Actively collaborate in the technical and energy coordination of projects

Write technical notes, reports and project documents
Profile sought
-
Recognised training in building services HVAC (CFC or equivalent)
-
Experience or solid foundation in HVAC technical drawing
-
Proficiency in at least one technical drawing software (such as Revit MEP and/or AutoCAD)

Interest in thermal and energy calculations (dedicated software appreciated)

Understanding of project phases according to Swiss standards

Comfortable with common office tools
