The EHL School of Practical Arts department is responsible for providing practical training in key hospitality industry skills, such as culinary arts, service excellence and customer relations. It ensures that students gain hands-on experience in real environments, preparing them to meet industry standards. The school emphasises the development of both technical skills and a strong service spirit, essential for a successful career in hospitality.

Baker - CDM
Your responsibilities:
- You will participate in the production of bakery products while maintaining the quality and variety of the different items produced.
- You will apply hygiene and safety rules in the kitchens and train students in these principles.
- You will help supervise students in all production activities by providing them with the knowledge and techniques of good working practices.
Your profile:
- You have a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) or CAP in baking or any other training deemed equivalent.
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- You are a native French speaker and have good knowledge of English.
- You are an organised, flexible and autonomous person with the ability to anticipate.
- You know how to adapt and work easily within a multicultural environment.
- You have an interest in pedagogy and want to pass on your knowledge to students.
