ai4 is an architecture and interior architecture firm based in Geneva (head office), Lausanne and Porto, with around forty collaborators.
As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a collaborator to strengthen our Lausanne team.
architect with experience in site management (100%)
your main activities
. Assistance to the project manager in the operational management of projects
. Site monitoring, technical, administrative and financial management of sites during execution phases
. Coordination of stakeholders (specialised contractors, companies, clients)
your tasks
. Organisation and site monitoring
. Participation in site and coordination meetings, drafting of minutes
. Preparation and updating of work schedules (contractual deadlines, phasing)
. Analysis of bids and awards in support of project managers
. Drawing and checking execution plans and technical details
. Monitoring company orders and contract management
. Checking work situations and invoicing (measurements, progress, contractual compliance)
. Management of extras / deductions (amendments) and validation with the project manager
. Monitoring of defects, defect rectifications and project handovers
your profile
. Architect, technician or draughtsperson with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in site management in Switzerland (mandatory)
. Good knowledge of Swiss standards and practices (SIA, tenders, contract management)
. Proven experience in site supervision and coordination of companies
. Proficiency in AutoCAD software
. Very good knowledge of the Office suite (Excel for financial monitoring)
. Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
. Organisational skills, rigour and autonomy
. Initiative, proactivity and attention to detail
. Sense of responsibility and respect for confidentiality
. Ability to manage several sites simultaneously and work under pressure
