An Experienced Hotel Receptionist at 100%
Your main duties will be:
- You will proactively and efficiently manage check-ins.
- You will be responsible for doing everything possible to provide key information essential for unforgettable stays by our clientele.
- You will anticipate and respond to our clients’ needs while relaying client information to the relevant departments.
- You will provide information about possible tourist activities in the canton of Neuchâtel.
- You will carry out check-outs and be responsible for billing the clientele.
- You will ensure service excellence and the application of our standards and actively participate in client loyalty.
Profile sought:
- You have an excellent appearance and place great importance on customer satisfaction and service quality.
- You are bilingual in French and English and speak German fluently.
- You have successful experience as a receptionist in a 4 or 5-star establishment.
- You know how to perform your receptionist duties with discretion and confidentiality.
- You know how to implement improvement actions, shape our clients’ experience, and your expertise leaves a mark on the establishment.
- You are available to work during the week and at weekends with shifts typical in the hotel industry.
