Your tasks

• Supervise and support a team composed of approximately 6 service technicians and 3 internal staff members.
• Provide first-level technical support to service technicians for any technical questions.
• Design and conduct product training, including continuous skills development and regular updating of the qualification profile of service technicians.
• Ensure management and monitoring of the maintenance contract portfolio.
• Plan on-call services as well as team holidays.
• Organise and regularly lead team meetings.
• Supervise the management of tools, equipment, and materials, including monitoring inventories of service vehicles.

Your profile

• You hold a basic qualification in sanitary, heating, or after-sales service sectors and have several years of professional experience. Ideally, you have already held a similar position and completed additional training in the commercial sector.
• You are accustomed to leading and training a team, as well as providing competent support. Thanks to your autonomy and organisational skills, you keep a cool head even in the most intense moments.
• You are proficient in German, both spoken and written. Good English skills are also an asset for this challenging position.
