After-Sales Markets Coordinator – 3-month Fixed-term Contract (100%)
To temporarily strengthen our After-Sales department, we are looking for an After-Sales Markets Coordinator for a fixed-term mission of 3 months. This opportunity could evolve into a permanent contract depending on the company’s needs.

Your missions
Reporting to the After-Sales Manager, you will ensure the coordination and monitoring of after-sales activities with our international markets and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer experience.
In this capacity, you will notably be responsible for:
- Ensuring communication with our international markets (emails, telephone, meetings)
- Monitoring and coordinating after-sales operations between Geneva and the various markets
- Managing quality issues and supporting their resolution
- Participating in the drafting and improvement of internal procedures
- Setting up and monitoring performance indicators
- Participating in the deployment of new Customer Experience projects
- Ensuring proactive communication with the after-sales workshop teams
- Participating in after-sales meetings and cross-functional projects
- Coordinating the organisation of technical training with international markets
- Carrying out various administrative tasks related to the department’s activity
Your profile
- Commercial, administrative or equivalent training
- Proven experience in an international customer service environment, after-sales or project coordination
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Strong sense of service and communication
- Ease in a multicultural environment
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of the watchmaking industry is an asset
