Administrative and Accounting Secretary in a Care Home - M/F



Responsibilities

Reporting to the Financial Manager, you ensure the administrative and financial follow-up of residents from their admission to their departure
  • Admission files & Follow-up : Preparation of files, management of welcome contracts and obtaining financial agreements with Management
  • Institutional procedures : Liaison with official bodies (SPC, AVS, health insurance funds, cantonal offices) and management of social aid or guardianship requests
  • Ongoing financial management : Preparation of payments, follow-up of simplified tax declarations, control of pension invoices and management of estates

Required technical skills:

  • Human qualities : Great interest in the elderly person, patience, non-judgemental listening and diplomacy in delicate relational situations
  • Required assets : Strong autonomy, sense of priorities, flexibility in working hours and strict respect for professional confidentiality

Your profile:

  • Mandatory experience of two years in a similar role in a care home
  • Key skills : Solid basics in accounting (interest in numbers) and excellent mastery of computer tools
  • Language : Perfect command of French (spoken and written)
