Your mission:
• Ensure the operation of the educational secretariat
• Provide administrative support to the unit manager
• Provide educational support (mail management, minutes, document processing)
• Manage the database of AEMO service requests and their follow-up
• Manage the unit's budget in collaboration with general accounting
• Ensure the smooth running of logistics and housekeeping
Your profile:
• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in MS Office software
• Basic knowledge of accounting
• Excellent writing skills
• Proven experience in a similar position
• 5 years of experience in the socio-educational field
