  • Lead the acquisition procedures for furniture, equipment and IT materials, in compliance with public procurement rules. Organise and monitor tenders, manage assigned contracts and oversee inventory tracking.

  • Identify, plan and coordinate maintenance, renovation and transformation works of school buildings in collaboration with municipal services and relevant partners.

  • Ensure the management and proper functioning of the school and sports facilities at the Mail site (classrooms, sports facilities and swimming pool), particularly regarding safety, technical operation, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as monitoring repair and refurbishment works.

  • Act as the interface between users of the Mail college, the school management and construction stakeholders (mainly the DT) within the framework of the college renovation project (2026–2030).

  • Develop, monitor and control operating and investment budgets related to your area of activity.

  • Advise and support the management of the five school centres in infrastructure and purchasing management, while working closely with teaching teams to identify and meet their needs.

Your profile:

  • Holder of a Federal VET Diploma in building technology, operations or an equivalent qualification. Ideally complemented by a Federal Caretaker Certificate, a Federal Maintenance Certificate, a Federal Diploma, a HES Bachelor in Facility Management, or a Federal Foreman Construction Diploma.

  • Proven experience of several years in managing complex infrastructures, project and site management, and budget control.

  • Demonstrated experience in team supervision and coordination of external service providers.

  • Excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.

  • Mastery of building and technical installation maintenance processes.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, public service orientation and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and ease in using management IT tools.

  • Availability and flexible working hours to meet the demands of infrastructure operations and ongoing projects.

We offer you:

  • A dynamic working environment in direct line with the Secretary General and centre management;

  • A varied and constantly evolving professional activity.

  • An annualised working schedule.

  • Attractive salary and social conditions.

Start date:

  • 2 November 2026
