La Tour Hospital has an emergency and medical on-call service open seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Our department includes all the necessary infrastructure to establish a diagnosis to provide first aid and monitoring, regardless of the severity of the case. It also has a resuscitation room, a plaster room, as well as various treatment and consultation rooms.
To complete our team, we are recruiting:
Nurse in the Emergency Department - Fixed-term Contract 4 months 90%
Your mission:
In a cutting-edge establishment, you will hold a varied position within a multidisciplinary team including nurses, nursing assistants, and doctors.
You will be responsible for the nursing care of patients in the emergency context: reception, triage, and emergency care.
In this capacity, you are responsible for:
- Welcoming patients and their relatives in crisis situations
- Continuously assessing the patient’s clinical condition and its evolution in acute situations
- Anticipating any changes in patient evolution based on current scientific knowledge
- Ensuring the implementation and continuity of quality care in acute situations
- Supporting and assisting patients and their relatives and responding to their needs within the framework of their acute treatment
We are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria:
- Nursing diploma
- Successful experience in an emergency department (mandatory)
- Certificate as an expert in emergency care is a real asset
- Possession of Red Cross recognition (for foreign diplomas)
- Good interpersonal and service skills within a private institution
- Autonomy, kindness, versatility, adaptability, organisational skills, and sense of priorities are essential qualities
- Positive attitude within a team and ability to foster a climate of trust
