Administrative Assistant
Your mission
- Welcome and guide job-seeking candidates, while ensuring management of calls and incoming requests;

Process applications received through various channels: recording in the ERP, updating and monitoring files;

Administrative support to personnel advisers in their file and recruitment management by participating in candidate searches;

Management of the agency’s mail and emails;

Carrying out various administrative tasks and co-managing reception.
Your profile

You hold a commercial employee CFC, are currently pursuing a HEG training or have significant experience in a similar position;

You are dynamic, friendly and have an excellent sense of welcome;

You work with rigour, precision and organisational skills;

You master common IT tools and consider them true allies in daily work;

You have experience in the administrative field in Switzerland or possess good knowledge of the Swiss legislative and administrative framework;
- You have an interest in regional companies and related professions.
