Administrative Assistant Logistics/Purchasing / Administrative Employee Logistics/Purchasing - 60-100%
Your tasks
- Ensure the administrative management of purchases: orders, confirmation and document management.
- Manage supplier follow-up: requests for quotations, monitoring conditions and coordinating deliveries. Depending on profile: participate in commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers.
- Guarantee logistical follow-up: stock movements, replenishments and updating data in the ERP.
- Participate in handling supplier disputes and monitoring non-conformities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing processes and supplier/product monitoring.
Your profile
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in purchasing or supply.
- Knowledge of purchasing processes and ease with administrative follow-up.
- Good command of office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and knowledge of an ERP (e.g. Opale).
- Organisational skills, rigour, autonomy and good interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in French, good level of German or English is an advantage.

Your profile
- Commercial specialist with EFZ or equivalent qualification.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in purchasing or procurement.
- Knowledge of purchasing processes and confident handling of administrative tasks.
- Good command of office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and knowledge of an ERP system (e.g. Opale).
- Organisational talent, diligence, independence and good interpersonal skills.
- Fluent French skills, good German or English skills are an advantage.
