Days that are never the same
- Fault analysis and repair work on household appliances at the customer’s premises
- Advise and instruct customers on the use and maintenance of household appliances
- Advice and sale of replacement and new appliances, accessories, and warranty extensions
- Preparation of quotes and new offers
- Management and control of spare parts as well as installation and/or delivery with appropriate return designation using a "blue box"
- Updating the vehicle inventory and ensuring it is complete for interventions
- Carrying out administrative work/reports at the customer’s premises with notebook (Windows / SAMS)
- Preparation of online work (AVOR) for assigned service orders using the SA

Knowledge and experience
- Complete professional training with a Federal VET Diploma as an electrical installer or assembly electrician
- Category B driving licence
- Connection authorisation LEVEL 15 or experience in household appliance maintenance would be a plus
- Enjoy discovering new technologies and innovations
- Very good knowledge of French
- Good IT skills
