We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a leading hospital institution located in the Lausanne region, operating in a university and acute care context.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to hospitalised patients in acute internal medicine, respecting protocols and quality standards
• Participate in the assessment, planning and implementation of individualised care
• Work closely with the medical team and other healthcare professionals
• Monitor patients’ clinical condition and intervene appropriately in emergency situations
• Ensure rigorous and compliant documentation of care provided
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards in the hospital environment

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or foreign diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hospital setting, ideally in internal medicine or acute care
• Comfortable working in an interprofessional team and good communication skills
• Knowledge of hospital hygiene and safety standards
• Proficiency in Soarian software is an asset
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility and adaptability
