For one of our clients, a foundation specialised in supporting people living with intellectual disabilities and/or developmental disorders, we are looking for a:
Nurse (m/f/d) at 80%
Your mission, within a multidisciplinary team, is to provide comprehensive support to beneficiaries by ensuring their health, well-being and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Ensure nursing follow-up and assessment of beneficiaries' health status.
- Provide nursing care and guarantee its traceability.
- Participate in the development, monitoring and adaptation of individualised care plans.
- Coordinate interventions with doctors, families and various network partners.
- Support and assist educational teams in health-related matters.
- Participate in prevention, health promotion and crisis management activities.
- Contribute to the development of service quality and adherence to good professional practices.
Profile
- HES nursing diploma or equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
- Professional experience with people with disabilities, in psychiatry or community health is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
- Sense of responsibility, autonomy and adaptability.
- Proficiency in common IT tools.
- Must be domiciled in Switzerland (mandatory condition).
