For one of our clients, we are looking for a qualified nurse available.Nurse at 80% 6-month fixed-term contractFor one of our clients, we are looking for a qualified nurse available quickly to join a dynamic structure specializing in the care of individuals requiring regular therapeutic monitoring.Responsibilities- Perform nursing care and therapeutic activities according to medical prescriptions and protocols in place.- Prepare and administer treatments according to established procedures.- Ensure the reception, accompaniment, and monitoring of individuals throughout their care.- Evaluate the specific needs of individuals and guarantee personalized care.- Ensure proactive and effective communication with referring physicians to guarantee the safety and quality of care.- Guarantee the traceability of care and the rigorous maintenance of files.- Collaborate closely with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals.- Participate in stock management and contribute to maintaining hygiene standards and disinfecting the care environment.Profile- Swiss nursing diploma or diploma recognized by the Red Cross.- Confirmed experience in care; experience in oncology constitutes an asset but is not essential.- Ability to work autonomously while favoring interdisciplinary collaboration.- Excellent communication skills and listening skills.- Rigorous, methodical personality with good stress management and emotional stability when facing sometimes complex situations.- Ease in managing several tasks simultaneously.- Mastery of French; any other language constitutes an asset.Contract- 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of evolution towards a permanent position.- Activity rate: 80%.- Availability from Monday to Friday.- Daytime hours within a range between 08:00 and 18:30.- Activity distributed over two sites in the region.- Salary determined according to experience.ContactIf you have other questions regarding this job offer, please contact us.About usAdecco is the market leader in personnel solutions in Switzerland and worldwide.
