The Romandy Rehabilitation Clinic (CRR) is part of the Suva clinics and constitutes a key pillar of the integrated care chain. It works closely with university hospitals and trauma centres to ensure coordinated, high-quality rehabilitation focused on the sustainable reintegration of patients.

HES - ES Nurse
from 80% to 100%



Mission

As an HES-ES nurse, you play a central role in the rehabilitation pathway of patients with complex needs in the trauma unit: burns, amputation, traumatic sequelae or other demanding situations. You:

  • Develop and implement individualised care plans aimed at patient autonomy and quality of life.
  • Coordinate and supervise care provided by ASSC, ensuring safety and excellence.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary clinical decisions, share your observations and actively contribute to the development of patient-centred projects.
  • Supervise and train learners and contribute to the integration of new colleagues.
  • Work closely with the medical staff, therapists and the entire interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, coherent and humane care.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent recognised qualification (Swiss Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas).
  • Initiative, strong sense of responsibility and reliable professional attitude.
  • Strong psychosocial skills, with proven ability to establish a fair and professional therapeutic relationship with patients in highly vulnerable situations.
  • Stress resistance, professional endurance and ability to maintain perspective, necessary to work in a demanding care environment.

· Willingness to occasionally work in other units to promote continuity of care and inter-team support.

  • Motivation to commit long-term to patients requiring intensive and prolonged support.
  • Proficiency in French, both written and spoken (minimum B2).
