- Handling Middle Office administrative activities with a high level of precision and reliability,
- Managing and monitoring client files related to banking products, mortgage financing and investment solutions,
- Providing close support to advisers in preparing and following up their activities, particularly regarding loans and investments,
- Participating in the processing and control of investment operations in compliance with processes and regulatory requirements,
- Analysing files, proactively identifying bottlenecks and proposing concrete solutions,
- Regular contact with clients: following up requests, reminders and coordination with professionalism,
- Active contribution to the quality of files, compliance adherence and operational security,
- Close collaboration with internal teams in a spirit of mutual support and collective efficiency.

- Completed banking training and a strong interest in a central Middle Office role,
- Recognised rigour, organisational skills and reliability,
- Ability to handle varied files methodically while maintaining a good overall perspective,
- Analytical mindset and pragmatic, solution-oriented approach,
- Interpersonal ease and sense of service, with a natural approach to client contact,
- Autonomy, sense of responsibility and ability to take relevant initiatives,
