As part of our corporate strategy Together We Care, our ultimate goal is to improve the quality of life of the people who trust us.MAIN TASKSWithin an oncology and surgery department, your tasks will be:- Handle telephone calls; act as a contact point for the entire department- Welcome patients upon their arrival on the floor, introduce the department, the contacts, as well as the nursing care- Welcome doctors and visitors and respond to their requests- Perform technical procedures (admission, discharge)- Maintain and monitor the department's medical-technical equipment- Manage changes in the PEP (schedule program)- Handle administrative work for the department and the ICU- Manage department orders (stationery and pharmacy) and participate in inventories- Participate in maintaining a clean work environment- Support nurses and nursing assistantsREQUIRED PROFILE- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a medical assistant with confirmed experience in a similar position- Experience in patient-facing care- Mastery of MS Office tools- Customer-oriented, sense of service, organization, and interpersonal skills- Enjoy teamwork and possess a strong sense of responsibility- Autonomous, capable of multitasking, and good stress management in a dynamic environmentWE OFFER YOUIn addition to a workplace in the heart of Lausanne, you will join a dynamic team that looks forward to welcoming you within a human-sized structure.
