Contract start: to be agreed / immediately
Opening hours:
- Monday to Wednesday: 8:00 am - 7:30 pm
- Thursday and Friday: 10:00 am - 7:30 pm

Your mission
We are looking for an experienced, motivated medical assistant to join a dynamic and caring team, serving our patients.
Your main responsibilities
- Perform routine medical care: blood tests, subcutaneous and intramuscular injections, care and dressings, ECG, etc.
- Welcome and guide patients, manage telephone reception
- Manage appointments, mail and medical correspondence
- Ensure administrative follow-up of patient files (admissions, examinations, summons, reports, etc.)
- Write and format medical reports
- Verify insurance coverage and ensure basic billing
Your profile
- Medical assistant diploma (CFC or equivalent recognised in Switzerland)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent organisation, rigour and sense of priorities
- Autonomy, reliability and service orientation
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Very good computer skills and fast typing
- Knowledge of Pulse Medica software is an asset
