Mechanical Workshop Manager (m/f/x)
Our client is an industrial company recognised for the quality of its products and the rigour of its processes, seeking a Workshop Manager capable of driving the performance of their workshop with leadership and pragmatism.
Responsibilities
- Lead an operational team by ensuring daily supervision, performance monitoring, skills development and human resources management.
- Organise and optimise activity by allocating tasks according to priorities and capacities, while ensuring compliance with deadlines and production commitments.
- Oversee short- and medium-term workforce planning as well as production flow monitoring in coordination with support functions.
- Ensure the quality of operations and the application of standards by leading continuous improvement actions and collaborating with relevant departments to resolve issues.
- Ensure clear communication of objectives and instructions, contribute to projects for the evolution of resources, and guarantee compliance with safety rules and proper equipment functioning.
Candidate Profile
- A technical qualification (CFC polymechanic, mechanical or micromechanical).
- Several years of experience in a similar role in industrial production.
- Proven experience in managing a production team.
- Proficiency with ERP and office tools.
- Close leadership, sense of responsibility, excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach.
