What you accomplish

• You weigh the goods (pork, sow, beef, cow and veal) at each cutting stage. You manage the weighings in compliance with label requirements while ensuring product traceability.
• You prepare and process fresh meat orders according to internal needs. You separate the labels and manage orders via the SAP system.
• You ensure rigorous monitoring of products to guarantee their traceability at every stage of the process.
• You provide support in various sectors for tasks related to cutting, preparation and product management.

What you bring

• Education: Completed initial or continuing training
• Specialisation: In the food sector.
• Professional experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in the meat sector.
• Good knowledge of meat cuts.
• Comfortable with IT tools (SAP, etc.).
• Strong sense of hygiene and compliance with current standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage stress.
• Team spirit and autonomy in work.
• Physical resilience (handling crates of 15 to 30 kg).
• Personal means of transport recommended to access the workplace.
• French (B1)
