As a Planner, you ensure the planning and monitoring of major preventive or extraordinary maintenance activities on production equipment. Is this the challenge you are looking for? Join Micarna, a member of Migros Industry and the Swiss leader in the production of meat, poultry, eggs and fish.
What you accomplish
- Plan major preventive or extraordinary maintenance interventions, in collaboration with production sectors and various maintenance departments
- Plan and coordinate the necessary external resources
- Coordinate intervention preparations, supervise resources, and ensure the follow-up of line maintenance. Ensure the availability of spare parts
- Reduce major plant shutdowns by optimising preventive maintenance.
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of preventive maintenance plans in collaboration with maintenance managers and reference technicians
- Be responsible for the schedules of major preventive or extraordinary maintenance in your area of activity in collaboration with production
- Support Managers by creating key performance indicators, participating in the creation of procedures and technical standards, and maintaining equipment documentation
- Participate in initiatives to improve technical installations
- Manage phone calls and coordinate resources in case of unplanned shutdowns
What you bring
- Education: Completed vocational training (CFC)
- Specialisation: CFC as a polymechanic, automation technician, electrician, mechanic or equivalent training. The Federal Certificate of Maintenance Agent is an asset
- Professional experience: 1-3 years experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of industrial maintenance
- Proficiency in SAP PM (Key User level)
- Ability to anticipate, strong organisational and responsibility skills. Flexibility, rigour and autonomy
- Good stress management, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Good communication, negotiation skills and ability to find compromises
