Job summary
As an IS Maintenance Planner, your mission is to plan, coordinate and optimise the maintenance of Industrial Services to ensure the availability, reliability and safety of the facilities. You will act taking into account HSE requirements, available resources, production scheduling as well as the availability of tools and spare parts. You will work closely with your team, as well as the Maintenance, Purchasing, technical store teams and suppliers. This key role will allow you to connect with specialists, develop your expertise and create an impact for the factory and at site level (Nescafé, Nespresso, R&D).
Your impact as a Maintenance Planner - Industrial Services
- Lead the planning and execution of maintenance activities to maximise the availability of production and energy supply facilities: drinking water station, water treatment station, boiler water production, steam boilers, coffee grounds treatment, clear and wastewater pumping stations, compressed air production, cooling water, and industrial refrigeration production.
- Coordinate internal and external interventions to ensure effective shutdowns, restarts and interventions, in line with production scheduling.
- Optimise the management of spare parts and consumables with the technical store to improve intervention times and reliability.
- Build, update and ensure the reliability of the maintenance schedule and the quality of work orders to ensure traceability and management by indicators.
- Ensure the update of data and maintenance plans in systems (SAP / Prometheus), weekly review of PM03, strengthen the connection with Industrial Services technicians and guarantee rigour enabling effective maintenance.
- Enhance safety, quality, 5S and compliance daily by identifying risks and proposing concrete improvements.
What will make you successful in the role
- Technical training (ideally in energy, industrial systems or maintenance) with proven field experience. Thermist certificate is a strong asset.
- Strong interest and good knowledge of boiler, water treatment and industrial refrigeration installations.
- Ability to apply maintenance planning and execution methods to improve the reliability and availability of utilities.
- Knowledge and application of internal compliance requirements (BHSA, ASA and associated procedures).
- Structured problem-solving approach, with proactive monitoring of performance indicators.
- Proficiency in digital tools and work order management (SAP) to ensure reliable traceability and effective execution.
- Ease in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Field-oriented profile, able to mobilise teams, proactive in proposing improvements to practices.
- Fluent communication in French; English is a strong asset.
- Demonstrate courage, collaboration, responsiveness and continuous learning.
