Responsibilities
As a Legal Secretary, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage and organise legal documents and files.
- Ensure the preparation, proofreading and formatting of legal documents.
- Coordinate communications between the various parties involved in procedures.
- Organise meetings, hearings and travel for team members.
- Keep legal databases and archives up to date.
- Ensure clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and applicable procedures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative and legal processes.
Candidate Profile
As a Legal Secretary you have the following profile:
- A diploma in secretarial work, administration or an equivalent qualification.
- Excellent command of English and French.
- Previous experience in a legal or administrative environment is an asset.
- Great attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
