Junior Sales Administration Assistant M/F (100%)
Job Objective: Initially ensure the proper execution of customer orders and logistics follow-up.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer order processing (from entry to invoicing).
Make customer deliveries (within the region).
Coordinate shipments with carriers and monitor deliveries.
Prepare orders.
Keep stock updated and ensure replenishment from the central warehouse.
Organise stocks and carry out inventories (non-digital).
Ensure the link between sales teams, the cellar, and accounting.
Other tasks:
Depending on internal needs, the profile may be required to perform support tasks such as:
Participation in events.
Vehicle fleet management.
Preparation of wine pallets.
Profile sought:
Young graduate or training in administration, commerce or logistics.
Maximum two years of experience.
Be very rigorous and methodical.
Be effective working alone and autonomously. Know how to take initiatives.
Organisational skills, eagerness to learn and strong team spirit.
Residence within reasonable distance from the workplace.
Driving licence required.
