Junior Property Manager
Your tasks
- Responsible for a real estate portfolio with the support of a manager or group leader
- Entry and exit condition reports during property enhancement and tenant changes
- Personal and telephone support of tenants, owners and concierges
- Ensuring building maintenance in accordance with the management contract
- Periodic inspection of properties with preparation of corresponding condition reports
- Processing lease modifications and rent adjustments including indexed rents
- Coding of creditor invoices
- Supervision of current rent policy and advising owners on setting market rents
Your profile
- Commercial apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma or equivalent training
- Federal diploma as property manager (or in progress) or further training in real estate
- Several years of professional experience as a management assistant or junior property manager
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written, with good writing skills
- Digital affinity and ability to actively participate in change
- Strong customer orientation and partnership-based relationship management
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting with interpersonal skills
