To strengthen our Personal Insurance department, which offers our clients high-level services in claims management, we are looking for a French-speaking Legal Officer at 60%, for Personal Insurance services.

The tasks awaiting you:

• Handle disputes related to accident insurance, issue decisions on objections and legal pleadings
• Handle disputes related to sickness loss of earnings insurance, negotiate, mediate and draft legal pleadings
• Analyse and respond to legal questions from colleagues managing LAA and sickness loss of earnings cases, underwriters, and brokers
• Actively participate in projects and internal training

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in law or equivalent qualification
• Ideally some initial experience in a similar role within social insurance
• Native French speaker with proficiency in Italian
• Proficient in common IT tools (MS Office)
