For our client, a rapidly growing Swiss group in the healthcare sector, we are looking for a Junior Finance Analyst (FP&A & M&A).

Within the Finance team, you will participate in FP&A activities as well as the group’s external growth projects.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

- Participate in budgets, forecasts and financial reporting
- Monitor KPIs, investments (CAPEX) and personnel costs
- Conduct financial and statistical analyses
- Contribute to the improvement of financial tools and processes
- Participate in updating business plans and financial models
- Assist teams during M&A operations and due diligences
- Prepare documentation and ensure follow-up of transaction projects

We are looking for a person with:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Initial experience in finance
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Rigorous, proactive and curious personality
- Fluent English essential
- French and/or German, an advantage
