MISSION DESCRIPTION
EXPECTED PROFILE

Your mission will be to participate in the development and optimisation of manufacturing ranges and programmes on our production means.
- Manage the creation and qualification of manufacturing ranges for new products
- Design jigs and tooling, oversee their production and conduct production trials for validation
- Participate in managing continuous improvement actions
- Collaborate on the integration of new processes
- Formalise know-how, train and support production teams
- Prepare and lead project follow-up meetings
EXPECTED PROFILE
- Swiss HES Engineer training or ES Technician diploma in microtechnology, micromechanics, mechanics or equivalent
- First experience in Switzerland in the methods environment
- Knowledge of a CAD software required and PLM is a plus
- Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes, watchmaking would be a plus
- Knowledge of dimensional and geometric tolerancing
- Proactive, rigorous, analytical and synthetic mindset
- Enjoys fieldwork, problem-solving and continuous improvement
