IT System & Network Administrator (f/m/d)

To complete the Managed Services Business Unit team, we are looking for a Systems and Network Administrator profile with advanced knowledge of Security aspects.
Your mission
- Ensure the resolution of Level 2 user requests on-site or remotely, maintaining clear and regular communication with our clients
- Contribute to updating technical procedures and the internal knowledge base
- Contribute to the execution of low and medium complexity changes (writing, documentation, execution, and follow-up)
- Ensure proper allocation of your tasks (billable and non-billable)
- Participate in MDR (Managed Detection & Response) activities and the associated report writing
- Implement checks and controls related to ISAE 3000
- Contribute to the qualification of Level 1 requests overflow from the Service Desk team
- Contribute to the qualification of Level 1 requests overflow from the Service Desk team
- Participate in the 24/7 on-call service (about 1 week of on-call every 5 to 6 weeks)
Your profile
- At least 3 years of IT experience as a Technician or Administrator, including one year in Managed Services
- Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem: workstation (Intune, SCCM), servers, Cloud and SaaS (Azure, M365)
- Knowledge of Microsoft security solutions: Defender for Endpoint / for Cloud / for Identity / For Office365, Microsoft Sentinel / XDR
o SC200 certification: a real plus
- Network and security knowledge (Switching, routing, firewall, VPN, anti-Spam)
- Familiar with ITIL processes and methodology (notably Change Management)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation
- Used to multi-client environments
- Fluent French and good level of English (B1 / B2)
