In a context of digital transformation and strengthening regulatory requirements, we are looking for an IT Continuity Manager to ensure the continuity of critical IT services and the resilience of the information system.

You will be responsible for defining, implementing and monitoring IT continuity strategies (BCP / DRP), in close collaboration with IT, Risk and Business teams.

Your responsibilities

• Define and maintain the IT Continuity strategy (BCP / DRP / ITSCM)
• Lead business impact analyses (BIA) and identify critical services
• Establish and maintain continuity and recovery plans
• Organise and coordinate continuity tests (crash tests, crisis exercises)
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations (ISO 22301, ISO 27001, FINMA, etc.)
• Manage major incidents and coordinate crisis response
• Raise awareness among teams and promote an IT resilience culture
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teams

Your profile

• Higher education in IT, security or risk management
• Experience of 3 to 7 years minimum in IT Continuity, Disaster Recovery or Risk Management
• Good knowledge of frameworks:
  • ISO 22301 / ISO 27001
  • ITIL / ITSM
  • BIA / BCM
• Experience in critical environments (banking, insurance, industry, regulated sector)
• Ability to manage crisis situations and coordinate different stakeholders
• Good understanding of IT infrastructures (cloud, network, systems)
