Description

SIEN215

Information Technology Service of the Neuchâtel Entity (SIEN)
SIEN is responsible for the IT of the State and its partners (municipalities, schools, health, social and para-public sector).
It defines the IT strategy with its partners, studies needs, proposes overall IT concepts, and provides a range of services for all Neuchâtel public authorities.

Your missions
On a daily basis, you primarily ensure the management of the administration's software licences, ensuring their compliance, traceability, and optimal use.
You monitor their lifecycle, from acquisition to renewal or termination, and coordinate audits when necessary. By analysing their use, you identify opportunities for cost optimisation and anticipate future needs.
You also produce the indicators and reports necessary for resource management and decision-making.
In collaboration with internal teams, you contribute to the governance and risk management related to software licences. Ultimately, you also participate in the development of IT asset management to ensure traceability and optimisation throughout their lifecycle.

Your profile
Holder of a diploma as a business IT specialist ES or equivalent training, you have three to five years of experience in a similar role. You master IT asset management tools as well as practices related to their lifecycle and licence management.
With good analytical skills and comfortable with resource optimisation, you communicate effectively and collaborate willingly with a variety of stakeholders. Autonomous and rigorous, you know how to anticipate needs and propose relevant solutions in a constantly evolving environment.

We offer you
  • The opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects for the canton.
  • A dynamic working environment within a competent and committed team.
  • Flexible hours and the possibility to work remotely.
