- You are responsible for advising and supporting a high-end clientele
- You ensure sales and follow-up
- You actively contribute to customer loyalty, identify their expectations and establish personalised relationships
- You carry out commercial actions in accordance with the company’s policy
- You ensure the excellent presentation and layout of the showroom / boutique
- You are the brand ambassador
EXPECTED PROFILE
- With solid experience in the sale and advice of premium products (furniture, interior design, watchmaking / jewellery)
- Strong interest in the world of interior architecture
- Neat appearance, professional attitude and excellent listening skills
- Very good knowledge of German (min. B2-C1), English a serious asset
- Good interpersonal skills, sense of service and great autonomy
