Our client, a well-known industrial company from the Lake Geneva region recognised for its expertise in microtechnology and the manufacture of high-precision components, is currently strengthening its IMS department as part of its development and has entrusted us with the recruitment of its future
IMS Coordinator (M/F)
Your responsibilities:
In direct support of the IMS Manager, you actively contribute to the deployment, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (Quality, Safety, Environment).
In this capacity, you:
· Keep the integrated management system documentation up to date
· Monitor non-conformities and improvement actions
· Analyse causes and participate in implementing sustainable solutions
· Monitor and update quality indicators
· Raise awareness among employees of quality, safety and environmental requirements
· Participate in internal, client and supplier audits
· Prepare certification audits (documents, evidence, action plans)
· Ensure the planning and follow-up of internal audits
· Monitor incidents, accidents and risk situations
· Participate in the assessment of occupational risks
· Ensure compliance with legal and environmental requirements
Your profile:
· Technical training (CFC in microtechnology or equivalent training)
· Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in a certified industrial environment
· Very good knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, knowledge of ISO 14001 / 45001 / 13485 is an asset
· Excellent writing skills in French (C2)
· Good level of English (B2-C1), German is a plus
· Organisational skills, rigour and ability to manage priorities
· Analytical and synthesis skills
· Interpersonal ease and ability to collaborate transversally
