You live in the Montreux region and have already been able to put your sales, negotiation and networking skills into practice? Are you a client- and goal-oriented person? Your contribution to the company
- Targeted and personalised advice on insurance solutions to clients you meet at their homes, at the agency or by phone
- Professional follow-up and development of your own client portfolio
- Acquisition of new clients to ensure the growth of your region’s client portfolio
- Placement of other AXA products (finance and pension, health services)
- Carrying out administrative tasks related to your position, supported by the entire AXA structure and modern tracking tools
Your skills and talents
- With a professional diploma and initial experience related to advice or sales, you have a keen interest in diligently training in the insurance field
- You can demonstrate a very good knowledge of the local economic fabric and a wide network in this region because you live there
- Your personality is service-oriented and you have ease in contacts with others, you seek solutions for your clients and you know how to adapt to any situation
- You have a competitive spirit and enjoy taking on challenges, your working method is autonomous and a remuneration based on your own performance is an additional source of motivation
- You master French both orally and in writing, any other language is an advantage
- You are comfortable with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
