We are at home throughout Europe and always close to our customers.Inside Sales - Sales Back-office (f/m/d)Your mission- Actively collaborate with the sales team for the management and sale of IT products and licenses throughout the entire sales cycle.- Prepare offers, orders, manage invoices, and follow up on daily customer and partner requests.- Maintain and coordinate the relationship with manufacturers, publishers, as well as distributors.- Negotiate conditions with our partners (manufacturers/publishers) and distributors (discounts, special conditions...) to meet customer requirements.- Support the sales team in maintaining and developing the commercial relationship with our customers and prospects.- Keep customer contractual data up to date to ensure proactive management of contract renewals.- Efficiently document processes according to the continuous internal and external training provided by our company.Your profile- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.- Good knowledge of the IT solutions field (Hardware, Software, Cloud Solutions).- English level B2/C1, German is a plus.- Rigorous, positive, solution-oriented with an ability to prioritize.- You have a strong customer focus, both externally and internally.Our proposal- Flexibility: set the place and working hours individually according to needs.- Advantageous working conditions: 6 weeks of vacation per year and a pension plan.- Development and enhancement of potential: wide range of professional and personal training offered by the Bechtle Academy. jid1419d79aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
