As an Infrastructure Maintenance Technician, you play a key role in supervising and carrying out maintenance activities for the equipment and buildings at the Micarna site, a leading meat producer and member of Migros-Industry. You help ensure the availability, reliability and safety of the facilities and infrastructure.

What you accomplish

• You perform preventive, corrective and improvement maintenance of installations (freight lifts, doors, minor locksmith work, etc.)
• You supervise the technical maintenance of the building
• You collaborate with internal and external service providers to ensure the safety and quality of interventions
• You identify root causes of malfunctions and implement necessary measures
• You create and update maintenance plans
• You supervise work orders and collaborate with colleagues from other departments
• You manage spare parts stocks and ensure receipt and inspection of ordered goods

What you bring

• Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC)
• Specialisation: You hold a CFC as an electrician installer, automotive/heavy goods/agricultural mechanic, or equivalent training
• Professional experience: 3-5 years experience in industrial maintenance, particularly in building maintenance. Knowledge of the food sector is an asset
• Strong knowledge of electricity, mechanics, locksmithing and experience in technical building management
• Organisational skills, rigour, autonomy and proactivity
• Proficiency in office tools (Office Suite, good knowledge of an ERP system)
• Good physical condition and flexibility to work some weekends (~2 Saturdays/month, very rarely Sundays)
• Desire to develop in the role in the medium term
• French (B1)
• German (A2)
