Your contribution to the company
- You lead the main agency as an independent entrepreneur
- You take on the role of expert in insurance sales and advice
- You recruit and supervise your collaborators ensuring their development. You ensure the achievement of objectives by implementing appropriate measures
- You develop the corporate culture, define the organisation, and plan commercial measures on the market
- You monitor your own portfolio and acquire new clients to guarantee the growth of the region’s results
- You guarantee the quality of your teams’ advice to clients
- You have a 360° approach, focused on specific needs in all insurance areas and close partnership with General Agents for All Branches and Pension and Wealth in the region
- You represent AXA in the All Branches domain in your region, guaranteeing AXA’s principles, values, philosophy, and strategy
