On behalf of our client, a player in Facility Management, we are looking for a:HVAC Project ManagerThe HVAC Execution Project Manager manages all activities related to the execution of projects in heating, ventilation, and technical plumbing, from the establishment of the offer to the final acceptance of the work. They guarantee the proper technical, financial, and contractual execution of projects in compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and environmental standards.In this context, your missions will be:- Organize, manage, and carry out HVAC projects in the execution phase- Establish offers- Monitor the progress of work and ensure compliance with the schedule- Participate in site meetings- Control the compliance of HVAC installations with standards and specifications- Manage technical modifications and additional work- Ensure the monitoring of commissioning and acceptance- Manage budgets and optimize project costsProfile- CFC or equivalent in building technology (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning)- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC project management in execution in Switzerland- Solid skills in reading plans and technical diagrams- Knowledge of HVAC standards and regulations in Switzerland- Analytical mind and problem-solving skills- Rigor and autonomy- Ability to work in a team- Good communication skills jid476b314aen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
